ACCESSIBILITY

Our goal is to create a website that anyone can use, regardless of physical, sensory or technical limitations. We're committed to creating an online space where users can search, discover and enjoy OMEGA's diverse range of products, barrier-free.

In February 2019, OMEGA's website, omegawatches.com/en-us/, was re-certified A and AA in line with the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.0" established on the basis of a defined sample for the website. The tests were carried out in a defined test environment with representative assistive technologies.

Information about the test organisation "Access for all" can be found here:
www.access-for-all.ch foundation.

The accessibility guidelines we adhere to can be found here:
WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/

The following is our list of web technologies that support accessibility:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript

To understand the unique reference numbers attached to each individual timepiece, OMEGA has provided an informative FAQ explanation on the following link: /en-us/customer-service/faq/. This answers the question: What do the numbers on my watch reference refer to?

Due to some 3rd party content, not all technology on the OMEGA website supports accessibility.

These exceptions are listed below:

  • reCAPTCHA use for the creation of an account
  • Payment methods by Credit Card
